Bottom Line
The TCL 65QM8K delivers stunning 4K visuals with next-gen QD-Mini LED technology and smooth gaming capabilities, making it a fantastic choice if picture quality and fast refresh rates top your wish list. However, be prepared to invest in external speakers for an immersive audio experience and factor in potential challenges with its bulky build and limited viewing angles. The reports of early backlight failures suggest some risk on durability, so if that’s a concern, you might want to explore other premium Mini-LED models or even projectors for larger, dark-room viewing. Overall, if you value cutting-edge picture tech and a sleek design at a competitive price, this TV is worth serious consideration.
